How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
*Please allow one full business day (24-hours) processing time for all orders. THIS INCLUDES 3 DAY SHIPPING ORDERS. For example: if you place your order on a Friday after 1pm, your order will ship not ship until the next business day (Monday of the following week). *All orders placed on a weekday will not ship until the following day.
For ground shipments through FedEx or USPS, please allow 4-7 business days for your package to arrive. If you have any emergencies and need your package by a certain day, please be sure to call us BEFORE you place your order online.
We ship our orders via USPS or FEDEX . We reserve the right to select best option. Most lightweight orders (ie. samples,retail products) ship via USPS. Due to using multiple carriers for our shipping it is best to always provide us with a physical mailing address. FEDEX cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Lavish Tan accepts returns up to 30-days after purchase. All retail products are subject to a 30% restocking fee regardless if used or not. The original shipping cost of the product/equipment will not be refunded. Customer must pay return shipping and provide us with a tracking #. HVLP Tanning System: We can not resell a used system. Therefore we do require a 50% restocking fee for the system. The HVLP system must be repacked in the original box with all parts that were included in the original package. Each piece that is not returned with the original machine order will be deducted on top of the machine restocking fee. We require the machine to be completely cleaned, free from any residues that might have been made during use of the machine. Tanning Tent: Once the tent is opened from the original box it was shipped in, we can not refund or exchange. Products & Solution: Any products that have been opened are not eligible for refund. All solution is not eligible for refund, exchange only. If the product was damaged in route, please contact us. We will require a photo of the damaged product before we can accept the return. No returns or exchanges accepted on solution.
How To Return An Item:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the item is received and processed at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount as stated in above return policies. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it is received in our warehouse.
